Shipping Products

For ACCESSORIES ONLY
We will send product to you by EMS Transportation.
You will get products with in 2-3 days after transfer money.

For BIG PRODUCTS
If products are big such as LCD TV, Refrigerator, Waching Machine etc.
We can delivery products to you by our car in Bangkok and near Bangkok.
If your house live in Upcountry, we can delivery products to you by Transportation Company
such as, NTC Express, HWL Logistic, P. Chareonkarn Khonsong etc.

Claim Products

All products in our shop will be warranty from us 7-15 days from the day that you recieve products already.
If product has problem between transportation or from the manufacturer, we can change a new one for you.

การส่งสินค้า

ถ้าเป็นสินค้าชิ้นเล็กๆ เราจะจัดส่งสินค้าให้ท่านทางไปรษณีย์ EMS ท่านจะได้รับสินค้าภายใน 2-3 วันทำการ
แต่ถ้าเป็นสินค้าชิ้นใหญ่ เราจะจัดส่งให้ท่านทางบริษัทขนส่งเอกชน เช่น NTC Express, HWL หรือขนส่งที่ท่านใช้บริการอยู่เป็นประจำ (ในกรณีที่ท่านอยู่ต่างจังหวัด)
แต่ถ้าท่านอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ หรือใกล้กรุงเทพฯ เราจะจัดส่งโดยรถขนส่งของเราเอง

การเปลี่ยนสินค้า

สินค้าที่ท่านซื้อจากร้านเรา จะมีรับประกันจากร้านเราภายใน 7-15 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
ถ้าหากสินค้ามีปัญหาหรือได้รับความเสียหายจากการขนส่ง หรือ ความผิดพลาดจากโรงงานผู้ผลิต เรายินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้ทันที
